We had a wonderful Christmas
We had a lovely dinner at Rich's and Jennifer's new home with ham and all the trimmings. Opened all the presents Christmas Eve, slept in and left for the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City. We all stayed in Suites for Christmas, and had a luxurious dinner, swam, and ate again. The next day we had another wonderful time at Cabellos.
Merry Christmas.
Wow! What a year this 2009
Celebrated 36 Years with My Beautiful Freddie Shirlene - SCARLET - never did say life would be easy but I'm sure glad that we have been at each others side working and caring for each other. As we both look at this journey of life we find that we are blessed with each other - our children and their spouses and our wonderful grandchildren.
Grandma and Grandpa are very proud of our family and we expect much from them all. We find that as we realize more each passing day how important the health and well being of each one of them is so important to us and how we are so dedicated of time spent with all.
Not only was 2009 an important year for many reasons, I have reached the age of 59 to all that have met this in life I can say I realize what is next-just around the corner THE BIG "60" now for those of you that have some time to go don't worry but do enjoy every day you have.
Freddie is working hard every day, she works for a testing company and is hard at it entering data and dealing with numbers and spread sheets. To some this may not seem so difficult but for Freddie and her EYE sight it is quite challenging. She had eye surgery Feb 13, 2009 and has been working hard to regain some since of clarity since.
Greg Jr. Lindsey and the boys Marshall and Payton are pressing on - baseball and football kept Coach Greg and Team Mom Lindsey jumping this last Spring and Summer supporting the two young supper stars.
We had a Grand 4th of July with Colt, JD, Tori, Greg, Lindsey Marshall, Payton, Rich, Jen, Chelsea, Cienna, Grandma and Grandpa all spending a wonderful time at East Canyon fishing, boating, playing volleyball, football, swimming and plain having some family fun.
This fall Greg Jr. and Marshall came out to Utah to go hunting with Grandpa and I can truly say it was grad to sit a top the mountain tops with them and see the clear blue skies as the morning sunrise broke a new days light, Grandpa Greg wit the skills of Jr. shot a respectable Bull Elk 4X3 what an experience.
Rich, Jen and Girls have moved to Plain City, Utah this fall into a beautiful 7 bedroom 4 bath home. Rich is working at Hill Air Force Base. Grandma and Grandpa's Prayers to have family closer is coming true. Watch out Greg, Lindsey and Boys your in our prayers also and it will happen - time will come!
Big Greg, Greg Jr and Rich went on the famous Wyoming Hunt this year and wow it was very successful. Greg Jr. getting a large 5x3 25' spread, Rich got a 4x5 20" spread and Grandpa a reasonable 4X3 18" spread. Wow what a memorable time.
With all the world concerns and the many outside pressures chipping away at all our family values - we would ask all as friends and family to take time this Christmas Season and the Birth of a New Year that we never forget the Birth of Jesus Christ and the Love and Truth that God, Jesus Christ and the Gift of the Holy Ghost can be with us. Please work together to protect All Our Family values and this Great Nation We Live in the United States of America - God Bless Us All - Love Greg Freddie Shirlene and Family.
